A Fresh Coat of Black

• gold lanyard necklace from rummage sale

I've really been enjoying the mild temps lately, but I'll admit, I was a little excited when I saw it was supposed to be a blustery 48 degrees today ... that means I get to bust out my new coat! I had been looking for a new overcoat and found this one at Zara. I love the tailored look and leather detail around the gold zippers, and it's not too painful at $160. It's perfect for the not-yet-puffy-coat weather (which is inevitable and a lot less cute).

Très Bien Ensemble (tray bee-en on-som) is French for "put together very well". I see this as a multi-faceted term, relating to decorating my surroundings, pulling together a pretty party, and of course, my daily duds. I will occasionally feature items in round ups or my own outfits that may produce a small commission if purchased through my blog. I only feature brands or items that I honestly use, love, or want. The same goes for accepting products, I will always stay true to my style and turn away items that I wouldn't normally purchase. I can't very well go against my design aesthetic, that would not be très bien.
