When it comes to layering pieces, J.Crew and Zara have some of the best ... and the best sales. Rarely do I spend full-price on an item, when I know the entire line will be on the sale rack in just a few short weeks. It's often worth the wait, seeing as each of these pieces cost me at least half of the original price. Spend money on an exceptionally unique piece that you cannot find anywhere else, because basics are sure to stick around. Full price accessories from Forever21 are free reign though ... a whole $8 won't break any bank.
