Shop: CakeStyle

A couple of weeks ago, I was invited to a meet & greet with the ladies of CakeStyle. This fantastic concept is for women who want to look good, but just don't have the time, know-how, (or - gasp - desire) to shop on their own. For no cost (!) CakeStyle assigns each client a personal stylist (Cake Stylist, if you will) who works with women one-on-one to understand what they are looking for - be it a foxy frock for an upcoming wedding or just some fresh work separates. The Cake Stylist takes this information, as well as the clients measurements and strong likes/dislikes, and sends the her a Cake Style box. Inside are 6 looks, complete with accessories, along with a URL where she can find videos of her Cake Stylist walking her through each look, how to wear it and how she can pair items with garments she may already own. 

The client pays only for what she chooses to keep, returns what she wasn't a fan of, and voila! a stylish wardrobe straight to her doorstep!
