I finally tried my hand at a recipe I've been holding onto over the weekend. I whipped up some avocados into a decadent dessert – raw, vegan chocolate mousse. Raw, vegan carrot muffins (so delicious and dense, they're practically an entire meal!)
Baked carrot fries. Dip them in ketchup (or my fave- ketchup mixed with tabasco) and you'll never know the difference!
Banana ice cream. Made with only three ingredients, it's he healthiest dessert!
