After sporting the brightest red pants yesterday, I felt it only right that I balance it out today by falling back on basic black. I spotted this vest at Forever21 and loved the thick, soft shearling lined faux leather. You never know what you're going to get at Forever — for $15, you have to wonder how good the quality of that silky blouse is — so I was surprised to find that it really is quite warm and cozy (perfect for autumn weather, perhaps a bit much for freak 80 degree October days). So I will be a little warmer today — in this vest, yes — but mostly due to the fact that my outfit totals about $45. Success.
