I perfected the art of bargain shopping at a young age, thanks to my
stylish, but super thrifty mother and grandmother. Shopping online is
even better (almost) because you can search for the best deal on any
item, not to mention bookmarking some of the best affordable online
shops. Two of my faves are Mikkat Market and ModCloth. Both offer unique
finds at very awesome prices. I love Mikkat's unbeatable deals on
unconventional garments that I can't find anywhere else. They add new
items weekly and rarely is anything priced over $70 (but $70 is still a
great deal for a silk leopard dress!). ModCloth has an extensive array
of clothing, shoes, and accessories, all very affordable. And if you
don't feel like digging through the thrift shops yourself, ModCloth
offers fantastic vintage selections as well.
Like all good deals, items go fast (and do sell out on both sites) ... so like all vintage and flea market finds, if you see it and want it, you had better get it before it's gone.
