The goods:
• floral applique top from J.Crew
• white shirt from H&M
• skirt from Zara
• sandals from Boutique 9
• wrap watch by La Mer
• bangle from Forever21
• rhinestone necklace from Temptation
• vintage heirloom pearl necklace
A pencil skirt is one of those pieces that instantly turns a simple t-shirt into a ladylike look ... of course, adding some rhinestones and pearls helps a little too. I was even inspired to get a little more girlie and swipe on some eye shadow (I know ... it's barely noticeable, I like to keep make up simple). I'm looking forward to a weekend full of fun girl time – a birthday celebration for a good friend tonight, a bridal shower for another tomorrow, and a bachelorette to top it off Saturday night – which means lots of ladylike looks ahead!
