Since trendy pieces won't necessarily be in the following season, thrifty shops like Forever21 are fantastic for scoring on-trend pieces for just a few bucks. But don't overlook the classic cuts and neutral basics here either. Almost every piece I put on today cost under $30 and they're simple enough to last (so far, quality has proven steadfast as well!) I'm a fan of editing outfits, but when donning classic black and white, I say pile on the jewelry!
